We activate the passion and skills of our employees for the greater good by promoting an organizational culture of community engagement through volunteerism.

The Martin’s Point Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Program supports employees in their community engagement efforts by providing 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer each year.

Activated Employees

In 2017, over 180 employees spent over 1,560 hours volunteering with local organizations. From serving lunches at Preble Street…to sending holiday gifts to active-duty military families…to mentoring local Girl and Boy Scouts…to pounding nails for Habitat for Humanity… to taking temperatures at local free health clinics—Martin’s Point employee volunteerism takes many forms and touches many lives, but it is all driven by a desire to take an active role in creating a healthier community.
